## Description
The Corsican Pine is a tall, robust conifer, valued for its long, slender needles and vigorous growth habit. It features upright “candles” in spring and matures into a straight-trunked tree with a distinctive open crown. This species is highly resilient, thriving in a variety of soil conditions and climates.

## Personal Notes
This was one of the first conifers planted in the garden’s arboretum. Notable for its strong early growth and excellent winter hardiness. In spring 2025, it produced particularly vigorous candles, showing good overall health.
